It has 1 bedroom with double size matrimonial bed and 1 large living room with one extended sofa, very good for families with many members or for families with children . It has the capacity for 4 adult people. The space The apartment is very comfortable, it is located in a new build, and it has view of waterfront golf from the sea to the lake. Also it has in one side sea view. In the night , you can see from the living the fantastic lights from the Petromidia Platform. Guest access The apartment is at floor 4 . UNFORTUNATELY , there is NO ELEVATOR , you have acces to them by stairs , but the VIEW from the apartment from 4th floor compensates with the effort of climbing the stairs :) Other things to note The property is located 50 m from the golf sea water, 50 m from the many restaurants, 350 m from the sand beach, 1 km from the Navodari City, many local markets arround and 1 km from the big supermarkets (Lidl or Penny) or 21 km from International Airport Mihail Kogalniceanu .
