Queen room in south Rapid house, 7 min to downtown

Queen-sized bed in a split-level home with a large yard, quiet neighborhood with nearby parks and a pay-per-visit neighborhood pool open to the public. Guest bath is shared only with other Airbnb guests. I clean more meticulously than any hotel housekeeper and without the cleaning fee :) The space Please feel free to use the kitchen to prepare food, help yourself to tea, coffee, and any other items you see left out. You're more than welcome in the living rooms, patio, and backyard too. A very friendly cat has recently moved in here. Smoke free. Recent and ongoing renovations include new carpet, new air conditioner, new water heater, new kitchen, new dishwasher, new washer/dryer, fresh paint, refinished wood floors, new ceiling fans in every bedroom, new lighting. Guest access Parking is easy and plentiful in the street out front. Please park in front of the house/property if there's room. During your stay As much or as little as you like. I hope you feel welcome but I understand time and energy are precious when you travel.
