Welcome to our beautiful, waterfront home! Located on the Danbury Bog, we are just 2.7 miles from Ragged Mountain ski area, a 15 minute drive to Newfound Lake and we have our own pickleball court! Our house is perfect for folks who want to enjoy the best of both worlds - skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter and kayaking, hiking, fishing, biking and pickleball in the summer. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay in our waterfront house a memorable one! The space We have a pickleball court, paddles and balls for you to use! The court is not quite regulation size but it is a lot of fun for folks who like to smack the ball around or run a little friendly competition between family and friends. Guest access Full access to the property except for storage areas in the basement. Other things to note Fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, the house features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV (Roku, Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube TV.) Linens, towels and toiletries are provided, as are Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, two bikes, three kayaks and a row boat.
