The house is situated in the quaint community of Coarsegold and has recently been renovated with all-new carpet and flooring. It includes 4 rooms and 3 baths, as well as a spacious living/dining area and full-sized family kitchen. It is located just 26 miles from Yosemite NP’s South Entrance and 17 miles from Bass Lake. The space The house has a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and chairs as well as a large flat-screen TV and Fire Cube. The dining area has a 6-seat table with bar space and 2 stools, there is a wood-burning stove adjacent to the kitchen as well. The kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals and you’ll find modern appliances including a blender and Keurig. A reverse osmosis water purifier was recently installed at the kitchen sink for drinking water. The system is also connected to the refrigerator for making ice. The bedrooms are comfortable and inviting. This house can easily accommodate up to eight guests. The main room has a California king-sized bed and its own attached bathroom. Two of the rooms, one with a California king and a work desk, and the room with the twin beds share a jack-and-jill style bathroom with a shower/bathtub. The final room also has a California king bed. There is a bathroom with a shower/tub just outside that bedroom door. All of the beds have new sheets with hypoallergenic comforters, every bedroom has blackout blinds and a spacious closet too. The back of the house can be accessed from the dining area via a sliding glass door. A teak patio table is on the outside patio for guests to use. Also in the rear patio are Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or for watching the sun set with a glass of wine. Guest access The house is on a 3-acre property and is only 4 minutes off Highway 41. There is plenty of space for cars, you could easily fit 4 large vehicles close to the house at the bottom of the driveway. Confirmed guests will get a personal 4-digit code to use to unlock and lock the front door, 48 hours before check-in. There is wifi as well as a landline phone to make local calls if needed.
