You can fish off of the dock with a fishing license. House has an outdoor cooking area with a propane grill & a fire pit for relaxing & making s'mores. We are down the street from Tanglewood Resort & Highport Marina. Minutes from restaurants & stores. 25 minute drive to Choctaw Casino. There is a keypad on the front door to access the house. The space is 875 Sq Ft, 2 bed/2 bath. There is owner's storage space that stays locked. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, large closet & laundry room. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with a single trundle bed & private bath. The living area and both bedrooms equipped with smart TV's where you can log into your favorite apps. Free Wifi. The pantry is also a tornado shelter & can be bolted from the inside. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. Minimum stay is 2 nights. Kitchen is fully equipped. There are skewers for making s'mores hanging in the pantry. The outdoor kitchen has granite countertop, grill and sink (grill utensils in the pantry). There is a hammock in the bedroom closet/laundry room. Please make sure it is clean and returned the way you found it. There are life jackets and pool toys in the closet/laundry room. There are games in the drawers of the bunk bed stairs for rainy days, and the TV in the bunkroom is compatible with video game consoles. We hope you enjoy your stay!
