The apartment can be reached via a steep staircase. The kitchen is communal, as is the idyllic garden. You are welcome to park in front of the house. On particularly hot days, you can easily use the built-in air conditioning. The space On the second floor of this charming house is Apartment 2. Here, you will find a cozy room with a double bed and a single bed. A small table with two chairs, as well as a TV and a dresser, make the room perfect. Of course, you also have a closet at your disposal, as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. The south-facing balcony offers a view of the idyllic communal garden and is the ideal place to listen to the birds chirping in the morning. Tip: In the summer, you can also cool off perfectly here thanks to the built-in air conditioning. There is also a public EV charging station for electric vehicles just a 5-minute walk away. Please note: This apartment is accessible via a steep staircase. The kitchen and garden are also used by other residents. Guest access Guests have access to Apartment 2, which consists of one bedroom, a private bathroom, and a balcony. You can access the apartment via the shared kitchen and the staircase.
