The home features heated floors throughout, a farmhouse-style kitchen, laundry room, main-floor master bedroom and bathroom, three upstairs bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a pool table, and a beautiful outdoor firepit. One side of the barndominium is living space and the other side is an oversized heated garage with room for trucks, trailers, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, gear, and getting ready before heading out. Other details to note: Other things to note No studded vehicles, studded tires, or studded tracks are allowed inside the garage, as studs can gouge and scratch the concrete floor. The garage is a great space for trucks, trailers, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, and gear, but guests are asked to be respectful of the concrete floor and clean up any excessive mud, snow, or debris. Guests are responsible for following all current ORV, SxS, and snowmobile laws, trail rules, permits, and seasonal trail conditions. Outdoor firepit use is available when conditions allow.
