Artist's Apartment - Kazimierz

This beautiful apartment located in the heart of Krakow will provide you with easy access to the biggest tourist attractions of Krakow, great restaurants, full grocery, and shopping facilities as well as public transport! We want you to relax here and we hope that thanks to choosing to stay here, your memories of your stay in Krakow will be even more beautiful. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a townhouse. In the apartment, you will find: x Bedroom / Living Room - the largest room in the apartment. It includes: - a large double bed, - a single bed, - a desk with a chair, creating a workspace, - a table with two armchairs; x Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a desk; x Kitchen, equipped with: - a fridge with a freezer, - a dishwasher, - an oven, - a kettle, - a microwave, - a four-burner ceramic stove, - all necessary kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates, pans, pots, etc. x Bathroom with: - a shower cabin, - a toilet, - a washing machine, - a sink with a mirror; x Hallway with a wardrobe for clothes. We provide our guests with shower gel, shampoo, towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and, of course, bed linen :) The apartment also has WIFI. The apartment is equipped like a standard home, making it perfect for both short and long stays. If you have any doubts about what you’ll find on-site, don’t hesitate to contact me :) If you need anything extra (e.g., more towels), please let me know, and I'll do my best to arrange it as soon as possible. Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment. * Check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM * Check-out is until 12 PM. If you want to check-in/out another time, if it is possible (no booking/other guests will leave earlier/later) we will not have a problem with it. Just let us know :) IMPORTANT: After 20:00 check-in is an extra 100 PLN (or 25 Euro)! At check-in, someone always comes to give you the key and let you into the apartment. Then we will explain to you how the heating/boiler works, or whether there is something in the apartment that works remarkably (the water unscrews the other way) so that you have no surprises! At check-in​, we can also tell you a little about Krakow, so if you have any questions, we'll have time to answer them. The check-out is done without us. You will find instructions for it in the flat. Other things to note We are at your disposal before your arrival and throughout your stay. 😊 While we don’t have a physical reception on-site, you can always contact us via Airbnb or by phone. If you need a cot, baby bathtub, or other essentials, feel free to ask - we’ll check availability and do our best to provide them. 🧴 In the bathroom, you will find shower toiletries - please kindly do not take them with you. 📄 According to our listing and applicable regulations, all guests are required to provide a valid ID and complete a registration form prior to arrival. Without completing the form (which will be sent via a secure link through the platform), we are unable to officially register your stay or provide the access codes to the apartment. This procedure ensures the safety of our guests and the property. Your personal information is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification. It is never used in a way that compromises your privacy and is accessible only to the secure registration system we use. All check-in instructions and access codes are sent only after the form has been completed. In case the form is not submitted, a personal meeting with one of our staff members will be required at a pre-arranged time to verify your ID. 🛂 On the day of your arrival, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, we will provide detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: receiving this information requires prior completion of the registration form. ⏰ We kindly ask you to check out on time on the day of departure. A late check-out fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR per each started hour will apply if check-out is delayed. 🧳 As hosts, we are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the apartment. Please make sure the door is securely locked each time you leave the apartment. In case of lost keys, guests will be charged for the replacement of the entire lock. 🚭 For the comfort of all our guests and in line with safety regulations, smoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or other substances) is strictly prohibited in the apartment. In the event of a violation, a cleaning fee of 400 PLN will be charged. 🧻 Please note that basic supplies such as toilet paper, laundry capsules, and dishwasher tablets are provided only at the start of your stay. If you need more during your visit, we kindly ask you to purchase them on your own. ❗ In the event that the keys to the apartment are lost by the Guest, the Guest will be charged the full cost of replacing the lock and providing a new set of keys. The total amount will be determined based on the actual cost of locksmith services and lock replacement. 🚫 Although we love animals, unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment. Thank you for your understanding. 🚪 Check-in is conducted in person with one of our staff members. Please note that self check-in is not available. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a late check-in fee of 100 PLN / 25 EUR applies. We would like to inform you in advance that our apartment is located in a building managed by a residential community, where most of the residents are elderly. They are particularly sensitive to any noise disturbances, which is why parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. This rule is clearly stated in our listing, and any violation may result in the immediate termination of the stay without a refund.
