Unusually, the dividing wall between the bedroom can be closed or opened depending on your needs and preferences. Most guests leave it open for a greater feeling of spaciousness and ease of access into the living area. Situated at the end of Clara Street, this building is close to Toorak Road and CHapel Street as well as being just a few minutes walk from the nearest shopping centre where you'll find shops like Woolworths, BWS, Priceline and Big W. Other things to note As this is a luxury building with discerning residents the no party rule is strictly enforced and in the event any noise complaints are received as a result of guest actions the booking will be terminated immediately with guests expected to vacate there and then. All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels are included for 2 people as booked (note one bath towel per person) along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.
