The space A relaxing, comfortable, fully self contained 1 bedroom unit. The unit is centred around a small leafy courtyard which provides access to the main living space combining living, dining and kitchen. The courtyard also has separate entrances to the bedroom, bathroom and storeroom (which is home to all the pool toys you could need). The living space The living space combines lounge, dining and kitchen. A comfortable space to relax overlooking the pool or share with family and friends. It includes a fold out lounge if you have that third or even fourth guest. Extra linen can be supplied. Blockout curtains create a sanctuary, private from the main house. The kitchen The kitchen is equipped with all the basics including coffee, tea and condiments. All you have to do is bring what you need to start enjoying. If there is something you need, just ask The location The unit it as the back of our block. We have a Queenslander house on the front which has separate access and fencing between. The pool area The pool and entertainment area is a shared space with us. You are welcome to respectfully enjoy the space and use the pool and the barbecue. Guest access You will have full private access to a 1 brm, self contained unit at the back of our property. Your access is via a dedicated driveway and carport behind a large fence. The carport is tight so only smaller cars will fit. There is plenty of street parking available for larger vehicles. Access to the pool is shared with us. Other things to note We have a fur baby - a German Shepherd named Ruby. She is in a different part of the yard, fenced off from your unit and the pool area.
