It’s an open space that features a everything you’ll need for your stay including a queen size bed, eating in living room with 55 inch tv, and walk in closet. Keurig and French Press for all your coffee needs. 2 robes for use to complete your chic stay in Denton Texas. Air mattress available upon request. You’ll have access to your own private space in the rear of the unit along with access to a shared backyard and driveway. There is also access to street parking as well. This sleepy neighborhood is walking distance to all the action of downtown Denton and the square. Less than 2 blocks many restaurants and shopping just North of the square. This unit has one parking spot at the back of the driveway directly in front of the fence. There is ample street parking. Please do not park in front of the house with the ramp that is two doors down to the west. We have a very sweet disabled neighbor that need the closest access possible to the sidewalk and his ramp.
