Historic, rustic farmhouse, modernized with 3 floors. The house is quietly situated in the middle of nature, surrounded by woods and pastures with a view of the Alpstein. There is plenty of space for up to 8 guests to get together, including a very well-equipped kitchen (including fondue dishes and baking utensils), a cozy living room, a beautiful farm garden with a large terrace. The wonderful location between Lake Constance and the Alpstein invites you to go cycling, hiking and exploring. The space The house is comfortably furnished and has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are two double beds, one single bed and the possibility of adding up to 3 extra beds. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is a parking space directly in front of the house. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and linger together. The spacious living room also offers plenty of room. The covered terrace with a view of the Alpstein has direct access to the natural garden. A fire bowl with wood is available here. A bakery and various farm stores are a 15-minute walk away in Hosenruck. The nearest supermarkets are in Wuppenau, Zuzwil, Weinfelden and Wil. Guest access There is a caravan parking space on the grounds. Guests also have access to the lower bathroom of the house, which is located directly in the house entrance. It is possible to close off the entrance to the house and the downstairs bathroom from the rest of the house. A washing machine and drying rack are available in the basement if required. The laundry room is used as a common room with the hosts. Other things to note Zurich, St. Gallen, Constance, Lake Constance and the Rhine Falls as well as mountains with great hiking routes can all be reached in 30-60 minutes. The village of Hosenruck can be reached by public transport from Wil every hour by post bus. The house is equipped with a charging station for e-cars. The house is part of a farm that is over 250 years old and was still farmed until a few years ago. The grounds and the house are still owned by the family. We look forward to welcoming you here!
