Built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2016, this fascinating building is the perfect family or romantic getaway. The Laundry House can accommodate up to 11 people and plenty of space to entertain. From penthouse suite to the honeymoon suite heart shaped tub, there is plenty of space for everyone. The space The Penthouse Suite: located on the top floor with beautiful views of the valley. The suite has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a full bed and twin bed. The suite also has a kitchenette and jetted tub. The Arcadian room and Ursuline Room: two rooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with claw foot tubs. The honeymoon suite: a room on the first floor with a heart shaped tub, King sized bed, and separate living room. The event space: can accommodate up to 50 people and perfect for your small event. Need catering? Thee Abbey Kitchen is next door and caters delicious food!! The Laundry House is closed to several activities including hiking, swimming, rivers, trails, and floating. 10 minutes from Elephant Rock, 5 minutes from Taum Sauk trails, and 20 minutes from the Johnson Shut Ins.
