This charming apartment, completely renovated at the end of 2022, located in a residence on the heights of Villers-sur-Mer, is ideal for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. You will have plenty of time to enjoy its peaceful landscaped park, and a shared swimming pool open and heated from July 1 to August 30. You will enjoy a nice sea view from the balcony, living room and bedroom. The space You will have at your disposal: - A bedroom with a 160 x 200 queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV, allowing you to view DTT channels as well as Netflix with free connection. - A living room with a table for 4 people, a sofa bed for 2 people, a sideboard and a display case. You will have access to Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV (DTT and Netflix channels included). Books and board games are also available. - A fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stove and dishwasher. For breakfast, you will have at your disposal a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and Dolce-Gusto pod coffee machine. - Bathroom with large shower and plenty of storage. There is also a washing machine. The toilet is separate. Also available for a perfect stay: central heating, ironing equipment and clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and raclette-stone-fondue-crêpe maker.
