Recharge your batteries with family or friends, enjoying the swimming pool or the furnished terrace, with its stone barbecue and brazier. We also provide you with games, foosball or darts. A home theater studio with projector and game consoles completes the property (for an additional fee). The space Modern and comfortable family home, composed of 4 bedrooms: - a bedroom on the ground floor with a single bed (80 cm) or double bed (160 cm), a desk area and vanity unit with mirror 3 bedrooms upstairs: - a master suite with a queen size bed (160 cm), a French window overlooking a small balcony and a bathroom with shower, mirror sink and washer-dryer - a children's bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 cm and a desk (the 2 single beds can be modulated into 2 double beds of 160 cm) - a children's room with a single bed of 80 cm (which can be modulated into a double bed of 160 cm), a cabin bed on the floor (ideal for children) and a changing table - 2 baby cribs are available in the house as well as a folding crib. (Baby cribs can be placed wherever you want in the different rooms) A large bathroom consisting of a bathtub, shower, double sink and toilet completes the floor. The ground floor consists of a large living room with kitchen open to the terrace, a bar cabinet overlooking the dining room (6-8 people) and a living room equipped with a comfortable corner sofa. Separate toilet. The garden offers a beautiful terrace with dining area, garden furniture, deckchairs and stone barbecue. The last level of the garden is equipped with children's games (swing, trampoline and beautiful 4 x 2 x 1.2 swimming pool, unheated, open from May to September depending on the weather) A large garage adjoining the house allows you to park 1 car. Maximum capacity in the house alone at no extra charge: 6 guests Beyond 6 guests and up to 10 people, a supplement of €40 per night will be requested. A Home Cinema studio with 4 beds (4 single beds or 2 double beds) and a bathroom (shower + mirror + sink). Separate toilets with hand washbasin are located at the bottom of the stairs, in the garage. Availability of this studio on request and with a surcharge of €60 per night (minimum 2 adults). Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation Other things to note The property is equipped with fiber wifi. The house is equipped and secured for children with door blocks in the kitchen and gates to block access to the stairs.
