Enjoy romantic glamorous camping 1700 feet above sea level in this tiny house with panoramic mountain views just 2.5 hours from NYC! Ideal for couples this secluded tiny house offers Wi-Fi, and cozy romantic outdoor elevated deck. The house sits atop a large field facing directly to the southern sky. Sit out on the elevated deck and witness colorful sunsets and star sky. Outdoor bath tub now turned off for the season. Hot showers can still be taken. Step onto the wooden ramp and through the double glass sliding doors to discover a cozy pine-scented studio room that's been thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the breathtaking mountain scenery, setting the stage for your romantic adventure. Comfort and Relaxation: Sink into the embrace of a brand-new, ultra-comfortable foam queen mattress adorned with soft, full bedding. Share intimate meals at the elevated dining table on our two adjustable white leather bar stools. Panoramic Views: Sip on a glass of wine, or other favorite beverage, as you relax in our zero-gravity reclining glamp chairs on the natural wood deck. Perched above a lush green field, you'll feel like a bird in a tall tree. During the day, immerse yourself in the beauty of the dense maple and oak trees, with the majestic mountain peaks serving as your backdrop. Sunsets and Starlit Evenings: Witness ever-changing Picasso sunsets and a brilliant starlit sky from your private elevated deck. As the sun dips below the horizon, set the mood with battery-operated candle lanterns, creating the perfect atmosphere for stargazing. On clear nights, be prepared to be dazzled by the clarity of the Milky Way and occasional shooting stars. August is prime time for meteor showers. Connectivity and Amenities: Stay connected with basic Wi-Fi internet via satellite and reliable cell service. Fire up the Weber propane grill for a delightful outdoor cooking experience, and enjoy your meals at the picnic table and chairs beneath the shade of trees. Beat the summer heat by taking a dip in our eco-friendly outdoor bathtub filled with rainwater collected from the roof, or use the portable shower system. Total rural area. Hardly any cars travel this road at all. Surrounded by farms and farm land. We live on the property full time. Our home is approximately 200 feet from your accommodation. Once we meet and greet upon arrival we give guests privacy and space to enjoy their holiday. We are always available to assist and are happy to chat or mingle at your discretion. If you should need assistance just look for us or knock on our back deck door. Our town is very small but surrounded by natural beauty and State parks. The most interesting event to attend in our town is the Sunday outdoor flea market called Creekside Flea in the town of Livingstonville, just 9 miles from the property every Sunday from April through October. There is a little town nearby called East Durham which is in a revival. Many Irish Pubs and Irish resorts - kind of something similar to the film Dirty Dancing on a smaller scale. Also there is a fun water park called Zoom Flume within a 15 minutes drive and a real, retro Drive-in-Theater less than 30 minutes away. The ski resort town of Windham is just 18 miles from the property. Here there are many restaurants to chose from and I believe the best place for fine dining in our area. 10 minutes from the property you have free access to the Catskill Creek. It is open to the public and parking is provided directly behind a tennis court. You absolutely must have a car. There are no Uber, Lifts or taxis. FAQ 1. Is there electricity in the tiny house?
