Guest access Guests will have access to the unit, private deck, and private garage. There are no shared spaces with other guests, however it is a duplex so there is a wall shared. The two units are exact duplicates of each other from furnishings to linens to artwork on the walls. The building is located inside a complex with a single family home that is also a short term rental as well as an eight-unit apartment building that has long term renters. The unit does have a specific parking area as well as a garage that you may use. Other things to note The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel.
