Our cottage is centrally located in Warrensburg just blocks from the University of Central Missouri and Downtown where you can visit many local shops and restaurants that are all within walking distance. Warrensburg is a short 15 minute drive to Whiteman Air Force Base, 30 minutes from the State Fairgrounds in Sedalia and 45 minutes from Kansas City. Our home is located in a neighborhood where 3 of the closest neighbors are homeowners and are 2 multi-unit homes. There is a Casey's Gas Station & multiple restaurants within a block from the house. Our house has off street parking and then free on street parking if you have more than 1 car. Warrensburg is an easy town to get around in. The house is located within walking distance to UCM and many bars and restaurants in town.
