Feel the perveiling lake breeze and forget your worries in this spacious and serene house. Located on the original property of the Oakwood Hotel which was the first hotel to become native to the city of Green Lake in 1867, making it the first resort to open west of Niagara Falls. This location was chosen for its views of the lake, and a cool prevailing summer breeze. Downtown Green Lake is only a short 3 block walk to shops, restaurants, markets, Thrasher Opera House, and many Festivals. Guest access You will have access to the whole house with the exception of the garage, pantry, master bedroom closet and downstairs laundry, however, there is a laundry off the kitchen for guests use. Other things to note Please note we do not have a boat lift for guests boats, and because of the wonderful prevailing winds, it can get a little rough to have a boat tied to the dock, especially later in the day. There are dock slips available for rent 1/2 a block away at Greenway Log Cottages as well as a block away at Bayview Motel.
