The Holiday Point on Lanier is a spacious Lake Lanier retreat for up to 9 guests, with lake and marina views, a hot tub, theater spaces, games, and a prime location near Lanier Islands Resort. Enjoy nearby wakesurf charters at Lazy Days Marina, boat rentals from Aqua Sports Adventures at Holiday Marina, Fins Up Water Park, and dining at Twisted Oar or LandShark Bar & Grill. Relax on the deck, grill dinner, or unwind in the hot tub after a full day on the lake. The space The home has been newly renovated with a modern traditional style, large windows, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful views toward Lake Lanier and the marina. The main living areas feel bright, open, and comfortable, with plenty of room for guests to gather after a day on the lake. The layout works well for families, wedding guests, business travelers, and groups of up to 9. There are three bedrooms upstairs, plus a terrace-level room with a queen bed. The primary bedroom has lovely sunrise views over the lake and its own private deck. The terrace-level room has exterior access, lake views, and is near a separate living area with a bathroom, Xbox One, foosball table, and air hockey table, making it a useful setup for larger groups or multiple families. The upstairs bunk room also includes a twin trundle that can be pulled out. Each room includes a smart TV with streaming options, along with YouTube TV for live television. The deck includes a propane fire table, propane grill, and Adirondack chairs for enjoying the view, making s’mores, or sharing a meal. The downstairs terrace includes a hot tub overlooking Lake Lanier, offering a relaxing place to unwind in the evening. Guest access The whole house excluding the garage, which we use for storage and preparations for guests. Other things to note Be sure to review the rules before booking. * Lake Lanier Islands Resort/Margaritaville entry is $20 unless you have a ticket/membership, reservations to Sidney's restaurant (easy to do), or when attending a wedding/event. We typically just use the pedestrian path and bypass the entry gate though. * Let us know if you've never been to Snow Island, the Water Park or Land Shark and we can give you coordinates for the best places to park for each.
