Our Harbor View Getaway has been completely remodeled and ready for your family to create lifelong memories in Northern Michigan. You'll enjoy the fabulous views of Little Traverse Bay, while savoring your morning coffee on the wrap around deck. This beautiful 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home has been completely remodeled, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. As you enter the home, you will walk through the mudroom/laundry room, which is perfect for storing your ski/snowboard gear. Passing through, you will enter the lower level of the home, where one of the two master bedrooms is located. On this floor, you will find a family room with a quaint walkout patio. Our master bedroom features a king bed with an electric fireplace; adjacent, is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Heading upstairs, you will enter an open concept family room with access to the wrap around deck and sunroom. The kitchen is a host's dream with plenty of counter space for entertaining. Barstool seating is available off of the kitchen, with additional seating in two separate dining areas, accommodating up to 10 guests in total. Lastly, you'll find the guest rooms and second master bedroom. The first guest bedroom features a full size bed, while the second room features a full size bed and a twin/full bunk bed - perfect for the little ones! The master bedroom features the second king bed and the full bathroom is complete with a double vanity and bathtub. Please don't forget to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Little Traverse Bay, while roasting your marshmallows over the fire pit! *2-night minimum during the Off Season *3-night minimum Early Spring through the Fall Season Guest access Arrival instructions are automatically emailed on Monday, the week of your arrival. Our arrival instructions, include your Property Manager's contact information, along with the address of the property and access information. If we are not able to email you, we can copy and paste those instructions in the Airbnb app but it will not be formatted correctly and may have some information omitted due to Airbnb rules. Other things to note The Premises are equipped with an alarm system and exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Alarm system and security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of this rental home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
