"Dreaming Angels", in a beautiful farmhouse

Our guesthouse (with breakfast included) is located in Neuville, in a section of our beautiful farmhouse, which is simple, welcoming, and quiet (next to the hospital). Our garden is shaded with private parking for 1 car. We are located: Orléans (30 minutes away) / Pithiviers (20 minutes away) / Etampes RER (30 minutes away). - 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris (101 km) or Disneyland. - 12 km from the Château de Chamerolles, and close to the Orléans Forest The space Our house is a typical Beauceron farmhouse. The 20 m² (220 sq ft) bedroom (on the ground floor) can accommodate 2 people in a queen-size bed. It is possible to add a single bed for a child (upon request) or a travel cot for a baby (upon request). The 6 m² (6 sq ft) bathroom and toilet are private. Entrance with breakfast area. ==> Breakfast is included in the room rate. It is served in the guest area from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. ==> Dinner is available upon reservation (at least 48 hours in advance). It is served in the guest area. A kettle, tea, coffee, and a small refrigerator are available in the room. In fine weather: - A small covered patio and a small terrace in the garden are ideal for relaxing and having dinner/lunch. - An electric barbecue is available (only for stays of more than 3 days). Guest access In addition to your bedroom, you'll have (shared) access to an entrance that serves as a breakfast or dining area. You'll be able to enjoy the garden and its amenities. Parking is easy. There's one parking space in the fenced garden or on the sidewalk in front of our house.
