The "chez Agnès" cottage is the residential part of an old farmhouse (at "Nelly"), meticulously renovated and transformed into a charming vacation home, located in the small wine village of VOIGNY (in the Aube) very quiet, surrounded by vineyards and fields, where you can walk or cycle, discover the champagne vineyard with a variety of landscapes as well as very beautiful views of the Aube valley. The space The exterior A common area, fenced, with terrace, table and garden chairs. A common laundry room with 2 washing machines (5 kg and 10 kg), 1 dryer (10 kg), an ironing board with steam unit. The space On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a chaise longue sofa, 1 TV and 1 desk. Upstairs: 1st bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and 1 single bed 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed 3rd bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), 1 single bed and 1 baby bed 1 bathroom with 1 shower cubicle, 1 vanity unit and 1 changing table with bathtub 1 dressing area 1 toilet The 2 "Chez Agnès et Nelly" cottages are twinned with a fenced common outdoor area and 2 equipped terraces (garden tables and chairs), perfect for friendly or family gatherings. A total of 10 beds (2 double beds of 140 x 190), 2 double beds (160 x 200), 6 single beds (90 x 190) and 2 baby cribs (travel cot on request).
