Nestled in the garrigues, peaceful studio in a separate building composed of 2 separate apartments on my property. Quietly, on the heights of Nîmes, enjoy a comfortable air-conditioned studio as well as a small private outdoor terrace with table and chairs. From June to October (depending on the weather), you will enjoy shared access to the swimming pool and deckchairs that will allow you to relax and enjoy the mild climate of the Gard. The space The studio of approximately 25 m2 is air-conditioned. It consists of a sitting area with TV, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge with freezer, hotplates, microwave & Senseo coffee machine, dishes and basic utensils), bathroom, separate toilet and mezzanine sleeping area with queen size bed. The property is located in the garrigues north of Nîmes. The city center is a 10-minute drive; it will take 25 to 30 minutes on foot. Buses run to the city center, train station and shopping areas. Guest access - The accommodation is in a building (consisting of 2 studios) independent of the main house. - Free parking is available a few steps from the property - From June to October, from 9am to 9pm, you will have shared access – with the owners & any tenants of the second studio – to the pool and sunbathing. This access is free but not private. (NO RESERVATION OR PRIVATIZATION OF THE OUTDOOR SPACE which remains a shared space). We are careful that no one appropriates the space and that everyone can enjoy it and we count, of course, on everyone's compliance with these rules. - Visitors are not allowed on the property or in the accommodation - I personally welcome each guest by providing them with the necessary instructions to have a good stay. (no key box); also, I will ask you to send me a few days before your stay an approximate arrival time in order to organize myself to welcome you. Other things to note - The accommodation is entirely non-smoking. - No cleaning fee is charged but we ask that the studio be returned clean, in the state in which you found it (dishes in particular). All cleaning equipment is available in the studio. - On the property you will most certainly meet Tigane our young Australian Shepherd dog, kind but fearful, curious and very playful as soon as she knows you; however, we make sure that she does not disturb the guests. - The property is equipped with an outdoor camera facing the entrance gate.
