The property is located in a historic area, at the door of Siena city (1.3 km); a short walk from Piazza del Campo and the main attractions of the historic center. The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, three bathrooms and large shared courtyard. Parking space on site! The interior space is composed as follows: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, wardrobe; - BEDROOM 2 with double bed, wardrobe and bathroom (2); - BEDROOM 3 with two single beds (joinable), chest of drawers, desk; - LIVING ROOM with table and chairs, TV; - KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet; - BATHROOM 2 with shower, bidet and toilet; - COURTYARD shared with table and chairs.
