Located in the West Town / Ukrainian Village neighborhood, Superior House is truly nothing less than an urban oasis with three floors and topped with a basketball court and a rooftop with skyline views! Not your average Airbnb, custom built and lived in by the owner. Main Level: A large and truly beautiful open space kitchen with quartz countertops, a uniquely designed living room, an electric push-button fireplace, and a separately designed home office featuring a one-of-a-kind emerald green sofa bed and a standing desk. Lower Level: Featuring an enormous and extremely comfortable sectional; movie room with a popcorn machine and high-end TV (75 Inch Samsung Q90) and surround sound system; a PS5; a walk-in wine room with bar; one full bathroom; one-half bathroom; a bedroom; and a home gym featuring a Tonal system, a treadmill, gym TV with Chromecast, and a yoga mat. Upstairs Level: A master bedroom with a king bed that looks out on the Sears Tower while providing blackout curtains for when rest is needed, a second push-button fireplace, an elaborate master bathroom featuring a large steam shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed and blackout curtains, a full bathroom, and a dedicated workspace in the 2nd bedroom. An electrically inflatable queen air mattress is also available which we are happy to set up in any of the above rooms for an additional bed.
