Welcome to our spacious home, where you can unwind in one of the two cozy lounges or enjoy some quiet time in the peaceful outdoor area – perfect for an evening brew. Guests have their own bathroom and toilet (note there are two rooms we rent out so this may be shared with other guests depending on occupancy), and if you're up for a workout, there's a home gym in the garage with weights and a treadmill. The space Our place is a lovely 4-bedroom home located in a desirable part of Hamilton, northeast of the city centre. All on one level, the house has open living areas that flow out into the backyard through two ranch sliders, the bedrooms are located through the hallway that runs from the living areas down to the garage where you'll find the home gym and laundry areas. Located close the supermarkets and cafes in Rototuna, and accessible to the Waikato expressway. Guest access Guests will get a personalized access code for the front door, valid for the entire stay. You’ll have access to most areas of the property, with common spaces shared with the owners. During your stay We will respect your privacy and space, but more than happy to have a chat and give you any pointers for your stay. We're available by phone or messaging through the app for anything you need. Other things to note We also have a friendly cat named Amber, she's a 10-year-old tabby cat that loves a few good pats now and then.
