Nearby activities include fishing, canoeing, horseback riding, hiking, cycling... The space This is the family home located on the property. The entrance is through the kitchen, although there is another direct entrance from the terrace. It has a hallway that leads to the living room, a bathroom, and the three bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The kitchen and living room are connected by a serving hatch to the bar in the living room. For administrative purposes, this is a temporary room-based accommodation for non-tourist use. Upon arrival, guests will be required to sign a specific contract regarding non-tourist use, but are not required to provide any supporting documentation. Guest access Each house has exclusive use of the area closest to the house's patio. Casa Moreras has the table, chairs, and hammock on the terrace. The pool and children's playground are shared areas of the patio for all guests. A gas barbecue is available for guests' use. Its use is subject to a daily charge of €20, which includes gas consumption and barbecue cleaning. Please note that the water on the property is not potable.
