We are just a 5 minute drive to I275, which will take you downtown in about 10 mins. St. Pete Beach is about a 15-minute drive, and both TPA and PIE are nearby within a 15 - 20 minute drive! The small 6 unit complex is on a quiet residential street just across the street from a community baseball field. The property is extremely quaint and quiet, surrounded by pine trees. Guest access Everything inside the apartment is of course 100% private. All outdoor areas (including the pool) are shared spaces. Other things to note This is one apartment of six at the small multi unit complex designed for guests. You will have dedicated parking with the opportunity to bring 1 additional car once you have inquired.
