A modest riverfront cottage with a full kitchen and bathroom, three bedrooms that sleeps six; 1 queen, 1 double and a bunk. 20 mins from Orillia, and 15 mins from Gravenhurst. Situated on a lively canal connecting Sparrow lake and lake Couchiching with private access. Perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy some time away from the noise of the city. Please read the listing details, if you miss important information, please do not make a complaint about it later. The space WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING AND TOWELS (But in case the weather suddenly turns cold, we have prepared two comforters and three blankets in the house for you using). We provide pillows ( you should bring the pillow cases). TAP WATER NOT POTABLE Cottage includes: Dishes, cutlery, cooking pots/pans, Kettle Microwave Toaster oven Oven/stove Coffee pot Fridge Toiletries Hair dryer Pillows Fans (no AC) Parking for up to 3 cars Private riverfront dock Propane BBQ (propane and utensils provided) Outdoor seating Fire pit 2 single kayaks, 1 tandem kayak, a two seater pedal boat and a four seater aluminum pedal boat (shared between two cottages). Lifejackets (5) TAP WATER NOT POTABLE, BYOB drinking and cooking water. Water pump for 18 litres jugs also available. Smart TV (no cable) with DVD player and a small collection of movies and boardgames. Slow/weak WiFi, password can be found in the cottage. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and property. There is parking for up to 3 cars. We have another cottage 150 feet away on the same lot, mostly rented, sometimes for personal use. NO DAY GUESTS ALLOWED (i.e friends coming over for a BBQ, fishing, parties, etc). Other things to note Small and medium size dogs are welcome, exceptions can be made for larger dogs. If you wish to bring your furry friends, please let us know! PLEASES TAKE YOUR GARBAGE and RECYCLING WITH YOU. The city limits how many bins of garbage we can throw out, therefore we are unable to discard everyone's garbage and will be left with a backlog of trash. Please note for long weekends we only accept Fri - Mon bookings(3 nights).
