You will enter the front door and immediately to your left is the spacious kitchen with ample counterspace and cabinets stocked with essential items for your stay. From the entry way, you will see directly in front of you, the beautiful living room and dining room with stunning lake views! Off of the dining room is a half bath. Also off the entry way to your right, you will find a bedroom with a bunk bed and a second, spacious bedroom and lake views! There is a jack and jill bathroom between these two bedrooms. You can access a walk-in pantry from the kitchen. Also off of the kitchen, you will find the laundry area and the other 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is to the right with wonderful lake views and ensuite bathroom. To the left of the laundry room is the 4th bedroom with another ensuite bathroom. The back yard has an expansive deck for you to enjoy along with a grill and dock to enjoy Lake Wylie! Lastly, renters will have access to a deep two car garage with secondary fridge. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay! You also have some wonderful restaurants, shopping and grocery stores close by! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged! We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. Our home prohibits smoking. Exterior cameras are present; any evidence of smoking, including the deck and grounds, results in a fee.
