The place is less than 5 minutes to freeway 405 and centrally close to every popular places. Great for travelers stay, Alternative to corporate housing, Nurse, Flight attendant, Pilot Warmly welcome guests who are peaceful, quiet and clean. *Perfect for long-term monthly stay The space *** Pls read our listing carefully before booking*** *** HOUSE RULES*** 1/ The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to lots of hospitals and in the center of everything. We are peaceful, happy, no drama household, no drugs or drinking... and we are looking for people who are the same. - DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS’ HOUSES. Pls park in our driveway or in front of our house only. - Street sweeping is 7:30am - 11:30am 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Please move your car off the street to avoid ticket. We are not responsible for any street sweeping ticket. This is a shared accommodation with adult guests and is not suitable for children or visitors under 12 years old. 2/ You have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry and living room but please consider the time of using for other guests. We DO NOT allow sleeping/staying overnight or excess staying in shared place/common area. I hope you respect other guests in needing to use the common place comfortably. 3/ Please keep the quietness as much as possible to make everyone living comfortable and enjoyable. 4/ The house is shared so pls no friend(s) or visitor(s) coming, pls meet up your friends at other places! Any extra guests must be approved by host (extra fee may apply). 5/ KEYLESS doors- you will have your private codes for in/ out. + Driveway parking is 1st come 1st serve - You can park in front of our house but pls see street sweeping days to avoid tickets. 7/ Please NO pets & animals: We host different guests in the same time, and do not know who are allergic or not. In order to help everyone safety and comfortable. I have to protect individual health and clients life. Pets & Service animals are not accepted. 8/ We DO NOT allow tampering, unplug, disconnect. moving any host's electronic device in our house such as WIFI router, security cameras, washing machine, lights, dryer, washers.... If you notice the internet or machine doesn't work please notify us in message. All actions with our electronic devices must be approved by host. 9/ NO moving/relocate our house decoration, furniture... NO open our spare-key boxes without our permission. These spare-key boxes is a security for our guest which is not allow to open by anyone beside host's approval. *No Parties/Events/Loud Noise *No overnight/unregistered guests without host's approval. *No smoking/vaping Inside the house *No shoes inside the house *No EV/electric car charging We reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund if you violate our house rules. Laundry is free but not including detergent (Pls don't do your load at night time) **You have access to a shared kitchen- 7 AM- 10PM , for light cooking only, and clean after yourself is a must, due to we have no cleaner take care of it everyday.
