Fall in love with the charm of Popart Room! The space 🪜 Access Access to the accommodation is through the main entrance of the building. You have to take the stairs and go up 3 steps. The apartment is located on your right on the ground floor of the building. 🛋️ Living Area The suite is designed as a cozy and modern cocoon. It cleverly combines a living room, sleeping area and relaxation area for an all-in-one experience. 🛁 Tub balneotherapy Enjoy a moment of wellness with a state-of-the-art hot tub, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Multimedia 📺 equipment A Smart TV is available to enjoy your favorite platforms, as well as fast and stable Wi-Fi. ❄️🔥 Thermal comfort The suite is equipped with air conditioning for hot days and heating for cooler periods. 🚿 Hot water Hot water is provided by a 300-liter tank, allowing a bath every 6 hours or so – perfect for reasonable and comfortable use. In case of non-compliance, a charge of €150 will be applied. – Please smoke outside the home. – Strict prohibition on consuming drugs or laughing gas under penalty of €150. 🚗 Parking – A dedicated parking space is available in the building's common courtyard with badge access to open the gate 👥 Maximum capacity – The accommodation is for 4 people max. – It has a 160x190 cm double bed as well as a 140/20 cm sofa bed 🕰️ Check-in after or before 4 p.m. ✅ After 4 p.m.: you can check in at the time you want. ✅ Before 4 p.m.: possible from 2 p.m., with an extra €15/hour. ⚠️ This service must be requested at least 48 hours before your arrival. 🚪 Check out after 10 a.m. ✅ Up to 2 p.m. max, with an extra €15/hour. ⚠️ This service must also be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
