Welcome to Misty Morn! This three-bedroom, three-bathroom cabin is a dream come true for our family and we are so excited to share it with you! We have carefully curated this cabin for maximum enjoyment and serenity. With two fireplaces, large hot tub, game room, wet-bar, coffee and wine bars, and a beautifully landscaped back yard complete with fire pit, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Come and see for yourself! The space Location, location, location! Located in Mineral Bluff (15 min to Blue Ridge) we are tucked away but still close to all the amenities the North Georgia Mountains have to offer. We are less than 4 miles away from McCaysville. Stroll through town and enjoy a bite to eat while gazing over the Toccoa River (GA side) and Ocoee River (TN side). There are breweries, great restaurants, charming shops, and tubing on the river! McCaysville is also a stop on the famous Blue Ridge Scenic Railway! Downtown Blue Ridge offers something for everyone! There are shops, restaurants, pubs, parks, playgrounds, and frequent outdoor festivals. Enjoy a ride from the historic Blue Ridge Scenic Railway Depot. Other local attractions include the famous 4th generation family-owned and operated Mercier Orchards and countless other wineries, breweries, and orchards. If you enjoy hiking, there are over 400 miles of trails in the Chattahoochee National Forest. This area is also known for its many waterfalls and lakes, such as Amicalola Falls State Park. Don’t forget about Helen’s famous Oktoberfest which has run from the beginning of September to the end of October for the last 50+ years! The Space Main Level: The main level features a spacious living area with a cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace, 75-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and large dining table that accommodates six people. Just off the living area is a screened-in porch that overlooks the mountains. Enjoy eating al fresco or sipping your morning coffee while watching the mist roll in over the mountains. The sunsets are spectacular! If you’re lucky, you can see the turkeys and deer roaming about the yard (deer corn is provided). On the main level, you will find a single suite with queen sized bed and a sitting room with a cozy, private, wood-burning fireplace; perfect for cuddling up and gazing at the mountain scenery. Upper Level: The upstairs offers a spacious master suite. The suite includes a king-sized bed and an enclosed porch complete with a coffee and wine bar. Enjoy the best views of the mountains in the entire cabin while sipping your coffee and rocking in the extra-large rocking chairs. Lower Level: The lower level features a guest room with queen and twin-sized beds and a game room! There is a 65-inch TV, pool table, dart board, playing cards, board games, and more! There is a wet bar complete with a wine/beer/soda cooler, movie theatre-style popcorn machine, coffee maker, and toaster oven for pizza night! The washer and dryer are also located on this lower level. Outside the lower living space is the outdoor living area with a gas grill, a five-to-six-person hot tub, a corn-hole game, a fenced-in backyard, and a fire pit with seats for up to five guests. Take in the serenity of the surrounding trees, gaze up at the stars, or just enjoy the crackling sounds and warmth of the firepit! There is ample parking in the horseshoe driveway. Other things to note Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. We are pet friendly!
