This cozy cottage has 4 bedrooms with two full baths and one half bathroom. -Each bedroom has their own heating and cooling unit. - firm mattresses -The master bedroom has a firm kingsized bed, and attached/private small bath -a walk-in shower for two with two normal showerheads and large rain-head. -a second full bathroom -free to use washer and dryer -latch door handles and smaller bathrooms. -on a main road, but quite at night -If you desire to cook/bake, you will appreciate the fully loaded kitchen with a dishwasher. -Unwind on the back deck, and grill with the 5 burner propane grill and/or charcoal grill. -Towels, pillows, sheets, and quilts are provided -Four kayaks for you to use during warm weather*. 1 tandem, 2 single, 1 junior tandem -The living room has a fireplace, two wide sliding doors, which show the stunning view of the hills/ partial lake. -Enjoy the smart TV with many Roku TV channels provided. Other apps are loaded so that you may log into your own personal entertainment apps. -The gas fireplace is usable during the months of October-May. -Boardgames are available for your use. -hot-water runs on a tank so plan shower accordingly -The driveway can hold three vehicles and extra vehicles may park on the lawn next to the house. **Patio furniture and kayaks are put away during winter and early spring. -3 seasons Front enclosed porch has air-conditioning in the summer and an electric fireplace to help heat early fall and late spring. Access to the house and yard. Not a lakefront, no dock access. Friendly, lots of walkers, and quite House Rules: -NO smoking, marijuana, or vaping inside of home. Guests will be fined and review will reflect that guest broke rule. -Check-in is anytime after 3pm -No pets -There is one security camera located on the house, facing towards the garage and driveway. It is motion activated, and will begin recording video and audio until the motion stops.
