Beach home btwn Santa Cruz & Monterrey for 12!

This spacious 4 bed 2.5 bath home is located near downtown, walking distance to Main Street! Walking distance to Target and other food places. Only a 20 min drive to Santa Cruz and a 30 min drive to Monterey, Gilroy and Salinas. 10 min drive to Watsonville beaches! The house can accommodate 12 people comfortably. We have a studio that is attached to the house, listed on airbnb as well. It has its own entrance & backyard space. If you'd like to book the studio as well, contact us for more info! The space Upon entering, you’ll enter the main dining area. Straight ahead is the kitchen and living room. There is a half bath located just right of the entryway. Upstairs you’ll find the kids bunk room to the left, the laundry room, the master bedroom with full bath and to the right of the stairs you’ll have the two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath between the rooms. We have a garage, 1 car inside and 1 car in the driveway. There is also free street parking. Usually the space right in front of the house is available. We have a backyard with covered patio. A fire pit and a grill :) Guest access You have access to the main house! You can only enter the backyard through the house, the right entryway is only for our studio airbnb guests :)
