There are three bathrooms located one on the ground floor and one in the master bedroom, respectively, offering a walk-in shower, complete sanitary ware, hair dryer, shower mats, and welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower bath. An additional bathroom with full sanitary facilities goes to serve the room with two single beds. You will always have plenty of space and maximum comfort. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find a welcome kit offered by the house, sheets, blankets, and comforter and everything you need in order to make your stay perfect. There is a kitchen lined with beautiful majolica tiles equipped with appliances and accessories to make your kitchen experience complete as well, refrigerator with free water, coffee machine with capsules, a kettle with tea bags, a bread toaster and a microwave oven. Extra-virgin olive oil of own production, salt, sugar, pepper will be at your disposal. You will find a washing machine, clothesline, ironing board and iron. Both bedrooms, very cozy and bright are equipped with a 32-inch ultra HD TV, smart TV (Netflix, youtube, etc.) and wi-fi connection. An additional 40-inch ultra HD smart TV is located in the living room opposite the sofa. You can enjoy the Netflix service for free from all TVs.
