Loft Alvorada (with breakfast)

We are located at the entrance of the city, just behind the soccer field, about 1.2 km from the church, on a private plot and without neighbors. Here you will wake up to the sound of birds and the characteristic tranquility of Lavras Novas. The space The en-suite has a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, a 32" smart TV and a mini kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop stove, electric oven and some utensils. Delicious breakfast served in the room. Time to be agreed between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. We also provide standard hotel bed and bath linens and shampoo and soap for guests. The house is in an area near the woods, with the possibility of encounters with animals and insects, some venomous. Guest access The loft is located below my house, with independent access from the side. The room has an electronic lock, allowing flexibility in check-in time. After the reservation is confirmed, an access code will be sent to the guest. The loft and my house are at the end of the lot, after a descent of about 30 meters and an angle of 40°. The elderly or people with limited mobility may have difficulty leaving the grounds on foot. However, access by car is normal.
