The space The house is loaded with all the things needed to stay, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coffee maker, pots, pans, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels and usually even a small supply of laundry detergent items. There is a washer and dryer for your personal use at the cottage. World class tarpon fishing, superb flats fishing for reds, & Snook in the mangroves, Trout in the grass, giant Sharks in the pass, Mackerel in the harbor, Grouper on the wrecks. Jug Creek Marina is on the street, so just steps away from your personal seafood market. This cottage has quick access to Shell Pass, Pine Island sound, Charlotte Harbor. There is a boat ramp(Lavendar Landings) a block away. There are beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and great kayaking in the area. There is a resident dolphin at the end of the street! See him from land or while kayaking or boating! Entire cottage is yours during your stay. The bathroom floor is made of real nickels!
