Cozy double room with dedicated bathroom. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the historic center and 750 meters from the train station, in the Fanfani area. Below the house there is ample free parking, and another is 50 meters away. There are three bars on the street, a bakery, and a small Unes supermarket with excellent food. There is also a medium-sized Conad 700 meters away. The space This is the house where I live with my daughter, I am very discreet and I will be happy to host you. You will have your privacy with exclusive use of the room and bathroom. The room has a small table with multiple sockets for working and relaxing. Fast & reliable WiFi. In your bathroom you will find towels, a hairdryer and products at your disposal for showering and hair. You can travel light! Guest access If requested and agreed in advance, you can share the use of the kitchen with me or have your own shelf in the refrigerator. Upon your arrival, I will welcome you in person, and we will agree on the most convenient time for you, but if there are special needs, you can also self check-in.
