Welcome to Hale Kamaole 1-113. This freshly updated ground floor one bedroom condo is perfectly situated in a quiet location of the resort. Close proximity to the pool and 300 steps to local and tourist favorite Kamaole III Beach where you'll find amazing beach activities & sunsets. New floors, furniture, & kitchen will make you feel right at home. Located in a prime South Kihei area in close proximity to shops and dining. There is no better place to make your Maui memories. Book today! The space Freshly updated ground floor condo that's beautiful appointed with your Maui memories in mind. The layout: Bedroom: King size bed with premium linens, smart TV, closet, AC unit, and ceiling fan. Bathroom: Remodeled walk in shower, toilet, and single vanity sink with storage. Common area: We have an open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped freshly remodeled kitchen, dining table, TV with cable, sofa(not a sofa sleeper), 2 sitting chairs, and a small ottoman. Washer/dryer in the unit and we supply pods and fabric sheets. Beach gear is available for your use in the closet on lanai. NO AC in living room(only in bedroom) but we do have a ceiling fan and the unit shaded most the day with a little breeze. Lanai: Dining table for 4 people and closet for beach gear(chairs, umbrella, cooler). NO snorkel gear Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials starter kit. This includes laundry, luxury organic bath, and kitchen essentials. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well. No parking or resort fees. We do have a $50 Damage Insurance Fee that covers up to $1500 in damage for our guests. Accidents happen and we have you covered. Location, Location, Location... Literally cross the street and end up at Kamaole III Beach Park, a local and tourist favorite for sunsets, picnics, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, and lounging. You can also walk to the Kihei boat ramp where there is a small beach and a sea turtle nesting area. Please respect our Honu and keep a safe distance. Hale Kamaole also offers 24 hr security and a newly refinished tennis and pickle ball court for your enjoyment. PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
