It also features 2.5 baths, including a recently renovated, spa-style bathroom complete with a jacuzzi-style tub with jets. There's a 4-car driveway & free street parking as well. Guest access Guests will have access to their individually booked rooms, every bathroom, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, the sun room, the foyer, and the botanical backyard. During your stay am a recently retired, professional tour guide who's been the business for more than 30 years (look up Motherland Connextions). I live onsite in the attic and am available 24/7 for anything that the guests may need. I also plan to offer Air BnB experiences for walking tours and heritage experiences per request. Other things to note The home is centrally located in a VERY SAFE walking neighborhood. The home is within a five minute walk from a laundromat, convenience stores, cafes and pizza parlors, gas stations, public parks, playground-community parks, a public golf course, and a fishing lake. There's a bus stop located on the corner, right in front of the house as well. It is located only minutes driving distance away from Niagara Falls State Park, grocery/shopping centers, a huge outlet mall, a diverse array of restaurants, walking/hiking trails, wine country, farming orchards, and walking distance to a public golf course and a large city park (if you don't feel like walking). The neighborhood is considered a VERY SAFE community
