Get away and stay in the heart of Cook Forest, Pennsylvania. Only 2 min from the beautiful Clarion River and all the amenities of the forest. Cabin is located on a private gravel road on 3 acres of forest. Can sleep 7, but more comfortably sleeps 4-6. 2 queen bedrooms downstairs with an additional 2 twin beds in 1 loft and full bed in other loft. Enjoy evenings by the fire or listening to the relaxing sounds of the forest on the large covered porch. Central air & Wi-fi included with Roku TV. The space Kitchen includes new fridge, stove, oven, microwave and coffee pot. Includes plates, bowls, cups, mugs, coffee maker, eating utensils and all necessary cooking utensils. Television with Roku app, including many apps logged in by owners. May use your own sign-in information if prefferred. Cabin has WiFi and service is generally very good, but cannot be 100% guaranteed due to storms and downed trees sometimes bringing the service down. Line was recently rebuilt. Living room has a large sectional sofa with a food burning fireplace. A small pile of firewood is provided for each guest. Large dining table with seating for 6-8. Bath has shower, toilet and sink. All towels and washcloths provided. All bedding provided. Two downstairs bedrooms have queen beds. The first loft has two twin beds, while the second loft has a full bed. Covered porch with large stone table and chairs. 4 rockers Natural gas grill; no propane required Firepit with chairs Axe provided for firewood Guests have access to entire cabin and 3 acres of wooded property that runs north from the front porch. Small stream runs through property when snow melts. Important to note: Must climb ladders to get to lofts. Those that are very young or have limited mobility may not be able to access these rooms. If visiting in winter, best to have all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive. The road is plowed when there is snow. We are family oriented and do not allow parties. Pets are welcome, but pets should be leashed while outside to protect wildlife and neighbors. Additionally, if left inside alone, pets should be crated to avoid potential property damage. Guest access Guests have access to entire cabin and 3 acres of wooded property. Other things to note Important: 2 bedrooms require climbing a small vertical ladder. These rooms will be difficult to access for those with mobility concerns. No smoking allowed inside the house. With heavy snow, 4 wheel drive may be required. Wifi is provided, but cannot be 100% guaranteed. If planning to work from home during your stay, please consider the possibility service may go out during inclement weather.
