Quiet neighborhood, just outside of town. The space There are two living rooms, one with two futons and a 55” smart tv. The main living room has two couches and a 65” smart tv. There are three bedrooms with queen beds, and one “den” with a full size bed. Right out the back door is a fire pit, with Adirondack chairs under back overhang (please put chairs back when done). Full kitchen with all your cooking utensils, pots & pans. The front porch has an 8’ long picnic table and a gas grill (please clean when done). Guest access Entire House - No Garage Access Other things to note As far as air conditioning, there is a window unit in the back living room area and a portable air conditioner for the main living room area. There is not central air - the bedrooms do not have their own ac units, box fans in every bedroom, or a ceiling fan.
