Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow, The Leuchtturm vacation apartment is located just outside of Wustrow, directly behind the dike. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. You can reach the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach in about 50 meters. The balcony invites you to linger, or you can enjoy the sunset on the beach with a glass of wine. The apartment was furnished by the landlords with a lot of love for detail. The living room has a cozy couch, satellite TV and a fireplace. In the bedroom there is a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 cm (with separate mattresses) and plenty of storage space. In the 2nd bedroom there is a bed 0.90 x 2.00 m (extendable). Even with the kitchen equipment, attention was paid to every detail so that guests can feel completely comfortable. The facilities include all the necessary kitchen utensils and invite you to cook together with the dining area. The kitchenette has been equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher and stove with ceramic hob and an oven. The modern bathroom has been equipped with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. All rooms of the apartment are equipped with fly repellents and an external blind. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests. Bed linens and towels can be booked with the housekeeping – one package costs 19.50 (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 pillow, 1 cover and 1 fitted sheet). The vacation apartment has its own parking space. Pets are not allowed. A bicycle shed is available for the apartments. Firewood is not provided. There is also a separate barbecue area. A Wallbox charging station is available for guests to charge their electric car. A corresponding card can be provided upon arrival for a deposit of 100.00. Guests take a photo of the meter reading at the beginning and at the end. The electricity costs of 0.50 per kWh will be settled with the tourist office upon departure. If there is no appropriate charging infrastructure (Wallbox) at the rental property and it is not made available to the guests by the landlord, charging electric vehicles and bicycles via conventional house network connections (outlets) is prohibited. It is pointed out that in the event of a violation, the user is liable for any damage caused to the house connection and rental property and must reimburse the landlord for the electricity taken without authorization. For organizational reasons, our arrival and departure days are only possible from Monday to Friday!
