One parking spot available for your use. The place is within walking distance to many restaurants since it is centrally located downtown. Guest access Guests will have access to Apartment 2 of the house. It has its own separate entrance. Other things to note Location, location, location. The fact that this place is located downtown Hobart, is very ideal. For long term stays, mandatory cleaning by our staff will happen twice per month at the regular cleaning rate and will be billed separately to you. In this cleaning the following will be included: washing of the linens and towels, cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen, mopping of the floor, and dusting.
