In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Ballbinge, basketball court (school), kindergarten centrally. Quiet surroundings. Short distance to several beaches. 5 min walk to ferry that goes over to Fiskebøl, further road to Svolvær. Many great mountain trips within walking distance. 5 min walk to food stores, kiosk, etc. Here you get mountains and sea right outside the house doors. Quiet area for family. Possibility to rent bicycles and SUP. Guided tours to the mountains and boat can be arranged. Great skiing terrain. The space 1st floor: Bathroom/laundry room with toilet, washing machine/dryer, drying cabinet and shower. Room 1 has a 1.20 bed and room 2 has a 1.50 bed. 2nd floor: bedroom 1.80. Large living room with TV area and dining area for 8 people (2 step chairs). Kitchen. Nice outdoor balcony with furniture and barbecue. 3rd floor: Attic living room with sofa and TV. Bedroom/playroom (children's toys). 1.80 bed and a cave 90 approx., bed for children. Here children can sleep alone or with an adult, as the child cannot fall out of bed (in the cave). Guest access If not all bedrooms are to be used, they will be locked and used for storage. This is agreed upon as needed. The main bathroom will be locked if a bathroom/laundry room is enough. We can rent to companies during the joint holiday. Other things to note We can offer room accommodation/stay to guests who need a stay at short notice, but must then share the house with us if we are at home. Send request. We also rent the entire house in periods upon request, but live here as usual. Weekends/long weekends and sometimes holiday periods and joint holidays are rented out. Just send a request :) If we are at home: the guest will have access to a partially private bathroom with shower (we may use it occasionally for washing/drying clothes), loft living room and bedroom with 1.80 bed and 90 bed. Access to shared kitchen for simple cooking. We have a dog for information in case of allergies and two children. So a little occasional children's noise must be accepted. Pets for a fee. The pet should not be in furniture or in the attic on carpet floors. Must be calm and house-trained :) Request can be made if you have more than one pet.
