The space This 2,5-bedroom, private gated villa, has all the living spaces conveniently located on one floor. There is a large open planned living and dining area with a modern wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, a dishwasher and all that you require for a stress-free vacation. There is also a laundry adjacent to the kitchen with washing machine and sink. There are 2,5 comfortable bedrooms, one of which the master bedroom is en-suite and another service bathroom. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers. One of the bedrooms also has a practical work-station. The villa is fully air-conditioned and there is underfloor heating throughout. There is fiber optic WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix and various international channels. Along the south side of the house, a covered terrace offers shade and lovely views of the countryside. There is also a jetted hot tub for a relaxing experience and near the kitchen, a covered terrace provides a lovely dining/breakfast area for all to enjoy. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, incorporating native trees such as olive and carob trees. This is your next getaway accommodation for sure!!! Guest access You will have access to the whole Villa and its private garden and pool. Other things to note Pool heating is charged at €300 per week. Please let me know if you require this service. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement that aims to stop human trafficking and other illegal practices. In this case, it is specifically Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Alojamento Local law in Portugal that has brought this rule into sharper focus. The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras or the Immigration and Borders Service) Therefore, upon reservation we will require passport details for each member of your party.
