Game weekend Rental

House located in quiet neighborhood about 6 miles from Campus. Every room has a ceiling fan for extra cooling needs. Three bed/two full baths, two queen beds in two rooms, twin bed in third room. Home can fit more guests if needed with a blow-up mattress (living room has plenty of space). Guests will have access to gas fireplace and washer/dryer. Guest access There should be plenty of driveway space for parking. Please let the garage up for extra parking. Do not park on the curb in front of someone else’s house or the basketball goal. Other things to note GAME SEASON BOOKING: Deal you can’t beat! Sleeps 6 comfortably! If you need more room, bring your air mattress as the living area space can accommodate two air mattresses If you have more people. Door hangers are over closet doors for your clothes. Iron, Ironing board, and spray are located in the laundry room right off from the master bedroom. Home has wifi connection and smart tv/fire stick/game console for television entertainment. Passwords already programmed. Wifi passwords will be given. ** Negative Review received stating sheets on one bed was not clean. I begin the cleaning process for check-in the night before. I personally take off work the day of check-in and change all sheets out in every room. Ample towels are provided to bed count guests. There is always a total of 8 hours spent on ensuring cleanliness of the property.**
