Riverfront cabin near Rock Island

Welcome to Caney Hills, a beautifully appointed, 60’s era cedar cabin located on the Caney Fork River. Caney Hills is the ideal waterfront retreat, nestled within 10 wooded acres on 550 feet of water frontage. This unique property is very private, offering a variety of on-site amenities with convenient access to grocery stores, coffice cream shops, public boat ramp, guided fishing, hiking, waterfalls, local restaurants, breweries, antique stores, and all located within 10 miles of your driveway. The space The cabin provides ample living space including three master bedrooms located on the main living level. Each master bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed with its own full bathroom. In addition you will find a living room, stone fireplace, open kitchen, dedicated dining, and ‘dry bar” - all fully equipped and supplied. Downstairs you will find a private bunk room, an entertainment room, bath, shower and boot room. Outside the cabin you can walk out to multiple covered porches, a swinging bed, adirondack chairs, solo stove, and a dedicated grilling deck - all with beautiful southwest views of the Caney Fork River. Take a gentle walk down to the river and lounge on the dock, fish, watch the sunset, rent a pontoon boat, or launch your paddle board or kayak. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire cabin, outdoor space, fire pit, pier and floating dock. Other things to note We love our animals but In order to maintain the highest level of cleanliness we charge a pet fee. Any guest that does NOT disclose their pet and accept the pet fee, will be fined $300 AND unfavorable reviews. Our rural location does NOT have trash pick up service. All guests must take ALL TRASH with them at checkout. Leaving trash at check out will result in a $150 fine
